Tap ✏ ROSTER at the top. Add each player's name, jersey number and up to three preferred positions. New accounts get a quick setup where you can paste your whole roster, one name per line. You do this once per season. Add or remove players any time.

Pick your format (5v5, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11) and formation under Formation & Lineups. Tap a position on the field, then tap a player on the bench. They snap in. Pro coaches can 💾 SAVE lineups and 📋 LOAD them next game.

Tap 📋 ATT next to the clock and mark anyone absent. Absent players are pulled off the bench so you can't accidentally sub them in.

Tap START when the ref blows the whistle. Every player on the field starts tracking minutes automatically. PAUSE stops the clock, ½ TIME starts the second half, and +1 MIN nudges the clock forward if you started late. You need at least one player on the field before the clock will start.

Tap ⇄ SUB. On Free, tap the player coming off, then the player going on. On Pro, the sub panel lets you stage several changes at once, including moving field players to new positions. It shows a call sheet with exactly what to say to each player, then one tap on EXECUTE swaps everyone together.

Set your half length and how many sub windows per half in Settings. The app counts down to each window and sounds an alarm with a red banner before it arrives. Choose how early it warns you, set the volume, or turn it off in Settings.

Tap + under your team's score, pick who scored, then who assisted (or Skip). For a keeper save, tap 🧤 GK SAVE and it credits whoever is in goal. Tapped by mistake? Hit UNDO.

Long-press their name on the bench. They turn red and are marked as sitting out, so they won't appear in the sub panel or AI suggestions. Long-press again when they're ready.

Just reopen FieldSidekick. The game picks up where it left off: clock, lineup, minutes, score and stats. If the clock was running, the time you were away still counts.

Tap 💾 SAVE GAME and add the opponent. Open it under History to see every player's minutes and percentage of the game. Anyone below your target is flagged. Set the target, or turn the report off, in Settings.

Open a saved game in History and tap ✉ EMAIL GAME LOG. Pro adds a printable match report (📄 PRINT / SAVE PDF), AI-written recaps, and sharing to Band.

Every new account gets 7 days of full Pro, with no card needed. After 7 days you keep the Free plan: one team, the game clock, basic subs, the lineup builder and live minutes. Upgrade any time to get Pro back.

Pro is $19.95 for a year, paid once. It does not auto-renew. You'll see a reminder near the end. If you renew early, the new year is added on top of the time you have left.

Go to Settings → Receipts & billing and sign in with your email to see your Stripe receipts. A receipt is also emailed when you pay.

Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your teams, players and game history.

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap FORGOT PASSWORD?. If you're signed in, use Settings → Change password.

Yes. Sign in with the same email and your teams, roster, lineups and history follow you. A game in progress lives on the phone running it, so run each game from one device.
